My Understanding On Budget 2021

So, Every time Budget came or any financial number big as (2 lack CR) is over bounce on my head.

So this time I consciously decided to understand the budget and I asked questions like should an individual take time to understand this? If this budget is read by any human in the country whatever he/she is doing, is this gonna help them to decide where to invest or how this will impact their choices and decision?   Let's see -->

1. HEALTHCARE: So for an individual to take a rest because it is good to move to take care of everybody by government. but you know when it comes to hospitals and at shopfloor(ground level). You have to take care of your selves because we are so many in this country. so nobody will take care of you in the hospital.

hospital maybe not in a safe condition. for that, you can complain about taking care of yourself.

for an individual this is doesn't matter where the money is going.

2. INFRASTRUCTURE:  Perhaps the most notable announcement was regarding the creation of a DFI — Development Financing Institution.

to create more infrastructure projects and create jobs(you know the circular economy). but we are in a Hustle economy right now.

The government wants to create jobs and it wants to do it in a way that’s sustainable. One possible solution is to incentivize the private sector. Because when they invest in creating large infrastructure projects, it has a ripple effect on the economy. It creates new jobs. It creates productive assets. It creates value in the long run.

So for an individual, if they want create more infrastructure, they can get the loan and make something out of it. or if want to get the job they can find this infrastructure.

3.FISCAL DEFICIT: This is at a ground level like your income and expense(EXPENSE - INCOME). so does the government have. so for INDIA

total money spent by the government in excess of the total income earned) is expected to slip to 9.5% of the country’s GDP this financial year. For context, the government expected the deficit to stay at 3.5% when they presented the budget last year. However, these plans had to change after the pandemic

And the government will have to borrow some money in the short run. However, if they are serious about reducing the deficit over the long run (which they are), they need to make more money, plain and simple. So how will they go about this?

Three words

SELL!!! SELL!!! SELL!!!

@Source from Finshots

So for that

Monetizing government assets: National Highways.

DISINVESMENTDivestment is the process of selling subsidiary assets, investments, or divisions of a company in order to maximize the value of the parent company.

  1. They will soon privatize two public sector banks.
  2. one general insurance company and Air India
  3. They will also IPO LIC and raise some money here.  here if you are interested in IPO and  Due Diligence more.
  4. the government has been quick to sell stake in companies that have been doing really well — like NTPC and Oil India

So for individuals, you can be a stakeholder in this process. voila !!

Agriculture Infrastructure Cess:

This won't affect individuals.

Bad Bank:  This will take care of by the 3rd party to get the toxic loan back.

So for individuals take care of loan repayment or your assets can be sold.

DEPOSIT INSURANCE: the government will soon introduce changes that will allow depositors to immediately access up to ₹5 lakhs in the event a bank fails.

Taxation:  For Senior Citizens will now exempt from filing returns after 75* (if they only have pension & interest income).

For Individuals take care of elders and support them.👨
